The Parking very secure very pleased. The Cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful as we were trying to buy something locally and they gave us our options and directions, very nice people. Breakfast ok. The rest of the staff were friendly. the room was good and the bed very nice.

Close to airport. Our flight was scheduled to arrive late evening so we used hotel airport shuttle and picked up rental car from airport next morning before setting off to tour beautiful Puglia.

Easy parking with elevator straight to the floor we were staying on. Upgraded to a suite which was unexpected. The staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful.
